• Commissions are personal use only.
• Private information via invoice, must be kept confidential between both artist and client.• I have all rights reserved to the work, putting my work through AI or NFT is prohibited. I am allowed to post my progress and the final piece, unless requested otherwise.• I have the rights to cancel a commission, if I am uncomfortable or cannot deliver.
• Depending on additional details and complexity of the commission, prices may increase from base price. (5-50%) Additional characters in the commission will automatically be 5% the original base price.• Full refunds are only if I have accepted the commission and fees but have cancelled, without starting. If a commission is cancelled but I have already started working on it, I will partially refund back 60% of the fee.• Up-front payment after sketch, via PayPal. — 2 revisions during sketch stage only.
• Any more revisions will be an additional fee when already drawing/rendering (additional fees can be from 5-50% depending on how minor and major the revision is.)• Commissions will take up to 1-3 months to finish, with updates in-between, unless I have informed you of my unavailability to work/finish within record time.
